I think most Taiwanese people speak better English than they think! I think the issue is that they lack confidence because they don’t have a lot of opportunity to use English. So my best tip would be for people to work on their confidence and make sure they actually speak English. If they don’t have someone to speak to they could just read out loud to themselves etc. just get used to actually speaking the language 🙂

Another tip I have that I use a lot when practicing chinese is that I watch tv shows with chinese subtitles. So if you want to learn English, watch English shows with English subtitles. That way you can pinpoint words that you struggle with easier and write them down.

肯定句=主詞-動詞-一般受詞

疑問詞 = 4W1H(what who when why how)

在台灣想讓多數民眾學英文,我是樂觀其成,主因在「環境」需不需要,如果政策強迫在台灣學雙語文,英文也變官方語言,這樣台灣學英文的比率會多,還得配合台灣街道上五個就有一人是講英文的老外才行。
